WHAT ARE COOKIES?
“Cookies” are lines of computer text sent by the server of the West12 site generically on the browser that you use on your device (e.g. PC, smartphone, etc.). WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES ARE COLLECTED?
The details of the cookies that West12 collects are outlined below.
Technical cookies: these cookies are necessary for the West12 sites to function and cannot be deactivated in the User’s systems. West12 uses software to analyze browsing data (Google Analytics) that is managed directly by its own data processor.

WHAT IS THE BASIS OF LAWFULNESS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES?
The cookies that West12 processes through its sites have three purposes applicable to the West12 sites summarized above:
relating to the execution of measures related to contractual or pre-contractual obligations: technical and functional access to the site and navigation that allows the user to customize their choice (e.g. selected products). These purposes correspond to technical cookies; relating to user browsing analysis that makes it possible to collect useful statistics for improving the service (through the Google Analytics service) and subject to the User’s consent. These purposes correspond to the analysis cookies;
The provision of the above data is optional with regard to analysis and profiling cookies. In the first case, West12 won’t be able to improve its services because it would not be able to access statistical information relating to the User’s browsing.
The processing of such data will take place with electronic tools with the use of software systems and will be communicated within the competent company areas and to the designated Data Processors.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. You have the right to ask the company, at any time, to access your Personal Data, to request its rectification, cancellation or limitation of its processing, to oppose its processing and to request its portability to keep or transmit it to third parties.
You also have the right, at any time, to lodge a complaint with the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali” as the supervisory authority in Italy.
The Data Controller is West12 SRL, a limited liability company incorporated in Italy, with registered address in Italy, 28010 Pella (NO) – Via Michelangelo Buonarroti, 37, REA NO – 308316 VAT no. 02368000226. Any request in related to the processing of personal data through its Site should be addressed to the Data Controller by way of e-mail to the following address: legalmail@west12.it. The same mail can be used for any communication regarding your privacy.
SOCIAL SHARE BUTTONS
West12 uses “social buttons” on its website. Social buttons are digital buttons or direct links with Social Network platforms. By clicking on these links, the User has the possibility to interact directly with the accounts (social pages) of West12. The managers of the Social Networks to which the buttons refer to are independent data controllers since they connect to the account that the user has with them (e.g. if the user has a Facebook or Instagram account).

You can always activate or deactivate the collection of cookies by the Site through your browser. Below you can find the procedure to follow for the most popular browsers:

Click All Cookies and Site Data to open the Cookies and Site Data dialog box.
To delete all cookies, click Remove All at the bottom of the dialog box.
To delete a specific cookie, place the mouse pointer over the site that generated the cookie, then click on the X displayed in the right corner.
Safari:
Click on Safari> Preferences.
Click Privacy.
Then click “Remove all website data” or click Details, select one or more websites, then click Remove.
If you remove the information stored by the websites, the Site may not be able to provide the services provided in the past.
